Effective date: January 2025

By ordering from or subscribing to Asha Dairy, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change with prior notice to subscribers.

2. Subscriptions

• You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime by informing us at least 12 hours before the next delivery.
• Vacation mode is free of cost.
• Missed deliveries during unnotified absence will still be billed.

3. Delivery

• Home delivery is free within our covered service area (Bulandshahr city and nearby colonies).
• Delivery window: 5–8 AM daily.
• We are not liable for delays due to weather, natural disasters or unforeseen events.

4. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI (PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm) and monthly billing for regular subscribers. Non-payment may lead to pausing of deliveries.

5. Quality & returns

If you receive any product that is spoilt or below quality, contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund the amount.

6. Wedding & bulk orders

Bulk orders require a booking confirmation and may include an advance. Cancellation within 48 hours of the event may not be refunded.

7. Limitation of liability

Asha Dairy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
